- Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number.
- Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

When you provide us your personal information in order to complete a transaction on our website, place an order, verify your credit card, arrange for delivery or return of your purchase, you imply consent to our collecting and using it for that specific reason.

Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. If you choose to pay with a third party provider (i.e. payment gateways) they will collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However these third-party service providers may have their own privacy policies in regards to how they collect, use and disclose your information. We recommend you review these provider's individual privacy policies.
Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the legal smoking age in their respected province. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children.
